However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nuvibea7@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are only issued in cases of lost packages or unresolvable defects.
